Here at Coolum Theatre Players (CTP) we pride ourselves on developing a theatre community of trust and acceptance.

Every moment that the audience sees, hears and feels is a testament to the teamwork and skills of everyone involved.

From the moment they walk in the doors of the Coolum Civic Centre, our audiences are greeted by a smiling team of Front of House volunteers, who are there to welcome you, show you to your seats, sell raffle tix, serve basic dinks and nibbles and create an atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

Then the lights go down, the music starts and the show begins!But there is so much more that goes on before the audience arrives.We need a team of set-builders and designers, props makers, costumiers and sewers, make-up artists and hair and wig stylists, lights and sound (designers and operators), stage managers and backstage crew, a ticketing manager and of course a director with a vision and actors with passion; everyone is needed to create wonder.

And then, when its’s all over, we celebrate with a cast and Crew party for everyone involved.
