Welcome to Coolum Theatre Players
Coolum Theatre Players has been an integral part of the local community since its inception in 1988 following the acclaimed Bicentennial Concert. With three productions each year, our season includes musicals and entertaining plays and, occasionally, other types of shows, all performed in our home theatre, the Coolum Civic Centre.

A rag-tag group of quirky, diverse, mis-matched female soldiers, stationed at the United Nations Peace Keeping Forces “Camp Firebird”, must band together to stage a morale-boosting Parade Drill to impress a visiting general. It all goes horribly wrong when it becomes a variety show, while the team navigate military mishaps, personal dramas, and the absurdity of army life.
