The 2016 AGM for the Coolum Theatre Players will be held on TUESDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER 2016 AT 7.30PM at the COOLUM CIVIC CENTRE
All positions on the Committee will become vacant so we urge all of you who are interested in the future of Coolum Theatre Players to please attend and show your support.
If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to be involved, could you please complete a nomination & proxy form showing in which capacity/role you would like to be involved with Coolum Theatre Players. Please note that all committee members must be financial members of the group so you may also need to complete & submit the Membership Form.
All nominations are required to be submitted by August 23rd. Proxies must be received by the start of the AGM.
